InfringementControl
DMCA takedowns and copyright enforcement

Stolen content, taken down.

We file takedown notices for creators, brands, photographers and businesses. Send us the links. We lock the evidence, file with the platforms and hosts, and follow up.

  • From $150 per link
  • Urgent leaks flagged fast
  • Real people on email

"Real people on email": confirm cases are handled by people and the address is monitored.

An open case window compares an original image with a found copy, surrounded by windows showing a creator, a shop owner and a photographer.

What we take down

Six kinds of misuse. One team filing the notices.

Whether it's a repost, a leak, a copied listing or a cloned page, we find the right place to report it and file the takedown there.

not_sure.txt

Not sure which one you need?

Send us the links anyway. We'll work out what it is and where it needs to be reported.

Do you also handle YouTube Content ID or other video-platform claims? If so, it becomes a seventh card. An icon is ready (video-claims).

How it works

Four steps from "that's mine" to handled.

Every case follows the same route, so you always know where yours is.

  1. A creator sends links from her phone into an upload window.

    Step 1: Submit URLs

Send the links to the copies and, if you can, where your original lives. A handful of links or a long list both work.

  2. An analyst links an original photo to three copies on an evidence board.

    Step 2: Evidence lock

Each copy is recorded before anything is filed, so the evidence holds up even if a page changes or disappears.

What exactly does Evidence lock involve? Screenshots, page archives, timestamps? The wording here is a best reading of the site.

  3. An analyst sends paper-plane notices to four platform windows.

    Step 3: Notice filing

We prepare the takedown notice and send it to the right place for each link: the platform, host, registrar or search engine.

  4. A studio lead smiles at a tablet showing case progress.

    Step 4: Follow-up

We chase each notice and tell you what each platform or host decided.

How and how often do clients hear back? Email per update, a summary, a portal?

Every link, accounted for

Know what happened to each link.

A case is a list of links. Each one moves from received, to recorded, to reported, to answered. Nothing gets lost in an inbox.

Do clients get per-link status like this? If not, this section becomes an explainer of what happens to each link. Day labels are illustrative.

Leaks and exposure

Urgent

Urgent leak cases are flagged for fast review. Say so in your first message.

Can you state a real first-review time for urgent cases (for example, within 24 hours)? It would replace the word Urgent.

Testimonials: none on the current site, so none are shown. The slot below appears once you supply real, approved quotes. See the style guide for the layout.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

What do you need from me to start?

The links to the copies, a link or file showing your original, and a short note on how you own it or are allowed to act for the owner. Missing something? Send what you have and we'll tell you what else helps.

How much does a takedown cost?

Simple takedowns start at $150 per link. If there are a lot of URLs, we quote the whole cluster as one job.

Is there a price range to publish for URL clusters and urgent leak cases?

Can you guarantee the content comes down?

No one can promise what a platform or host will decide. What we can do is send complete, well-evidenced notices to the right place, follow up, and tell you the outcome.

Please confirm you are comfortable with this wording.

What if it's urgent, like a leak?

Say so in your first message. Urgent leak cases are flagged for fast review.

Do you work with businesses as well as creators?

Yes. For brands and businesses we handle product photos, copied website content and marketplace listings. For creators, photographers and artists we handle reposts, leaks and impersonation.

Are you a law firm?

No. Infringement Control files takedown notices and handles copyright enforcement. We don't give legal advice, and if your situation needs a lawyer we'll tell you.

Confirm this matches how you describe the business.

That email doesn't look complete. Check for the @ and the ending.

Pick the closest match. "Something else" is fine.

Paste at least one link to where the copy appears.

We can only file for the owner or someone they've authorized.
